If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return any items please make note of the details below and ensure you have completed the returns form.

Please note items can only be returned for a refund. You can place a new order if a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required
To return an item to By Ridley, the following must be adhered to or it may result in your goods not being refunded, a delay or your return not being approved.
Where possible all returned items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition with tag/s attached
- Returned within 28 days following receipt of the goods.
- Returned with a copy of the invoice & a copy of the attached form filled out.
- Goods must be returned to: By Ridley, 1/11 Ern Harley drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 Australia.
Orders cannot be refunded, or exchanged in stores.
EXCHANGES
- If you wish to exchange your goods for an alternate item, please place a new order. If you wish to ensure availability you can contact us prior to placing your order
CREDIT NOTES
- We reserve the right to issue credit notes in place of a refund if the return is because of a change of mind.
- These can be redeemed online at byridley.com for a six month period.
- Credit notes are not redeemable for cash.
FAULTY GOODS
- If you receive an item and you believe to be faulty, you must contact By Ridley immediately.
- You must provide us with proof of any postage expenses you incur.
POSTAGE
- In the event that an item is faulty and you do not wish for it to be replaced, you will be reimbursed for any shipping charges incurred.
- In no other instance are you entitled to a refund of your original shipping costs.
- Please ensure items are safely packaged so they can’t be damaged during shipping to us.
