Returns

SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE

You are welcome to lodge a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with original packaging and tags attached. By Ridley does not cover the shipping cost for returning the garment. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost deliveries.

Please follow the instructions and complete your return in our portal below. Make sure you have your order number handy. Please ensure you have read through the relevant conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return. By Ridley reserves the right to deny the return if the garment/s fail to meet the return policy requirements as per Fair Trading guidelines.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Any full priced items, including full priced garments purchased with sign-up discount codes, are eligible for a refund, gift card or exchange. The total amount refunded or credited will be the total amount paid for the garment less the original shipping costs.

A refund will be processed onto the original payment method. Gift cards will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue. 

Shipping and the cost of shipping the returned garments will be the responsibility of the customer.

SALE ITEMS

Any sale or outlet items are eligible for an exchange or a gift card. The total amount available for an exchange or a gift card will be the total amount paid for the garment less the original shipping costs.

The exchange can be processed through our Returns Portal above.

FAULTY ITEMS

By Ridley makes every effort to ensure that goods provided to our customers are of the highest quality. If you happen to be one of our rare customers that has received a faulty product, please follow the instructions in the above Returns Portal. You will need your order number and images of the fault handy.

Once we receive the returns request, we will assess the fault and a full refund, gift card or exchange will be facilitated.
